Rev. Tim Coleman
Senior Pastor
Responsibilities
Tim serves as the lead pastor of the team at Westhill while collaboratively providing vision and leadership with the board and staff by: listening to God, shaping the church culture, communicating biblical truth, developing leaders, and connecting with our community. He journeys with the congregation by helping them flourish into who God is calling the church to be.
Education/Experience
He is an ordained minister with a B. Min from St. Stephen's University and an M.Div. from Carey Theological College. Tim has served with the CBWC since 2008 and joined the Westhill team in the fall of 2016.
Elizabeth Mortley
Women & Children
Responsibilities
Elizabeth is responsible for pastoral care and ministries for Women and Children. She works with a great team of teachers and coordinators!
Rev. Merv Tippe
Older Adults
Responsibilities
Merv joined the team at Westhill in 2018 and provides pastoral care to our older adults.
Education / Experience
Merv obtained a Graduate Diploma in Ministry from Carey Theological College at the University of British Columbia. Prior to taking the position at Westhill, Merv spent time 25 years working for the Government of Saskatchewan in the Ministry of Health. Merv has been one of our Adult Bible Teachers, participates on worship teams, has chaired the Deacons Ministry, and has been a member of our Board of Directors. Merv says his interests are in finishing well and helping others to do the same.
Adam MacDonald
Adults and Discipleship
After attending Westhill for many years, Adam joined the pastoral team in April 2023. Adam's provides pastoral care for Adults, as well as overseeing various Discipleship ministries. Adam holds a BTh from Canadian Bible College and an M.Div. from Canadian Theological Seminary. Adam's favourite things include teaching and ice cream, and he's still looking for a meaningful way to integrate those things into one event.

Director of Media Ministries
Responsibilities
Randy is Westhill's Technical Director and provides leadership to a talented team of Technical Artists here at Westhill. Randy and the team provide audio/visual support for Sunday worship services and other special events. They are also responsible for the live webcasts of these events. Randy is also the "go-to techie" around the church.
Education / Experience
Randy has a BSc from the University of Regina and a Graduate Diploma in Ministry from Carey Theological College. Randy led Westhill's Worship and Technical ministries for 12 years prior to turning his focus to the Media Team in 2011. In 2018, he retired from SaskTel following a 37-year Information Technology career finishing up as SaskTel's Audit Manager.
Carla Aitken
Financial Operations
Responsibilities
Carla is responsible for all things financial around Westhill. She looks after getting the bills paid, balancing the financials, and maintaining stewardship records.
Family and Other Interests
Carla and her husband Larry have 2 sons, Mathew and Josh.

Emile Perry
Custodian
Responsibilities
Emile is our hard-working custodian. He looks after keeping the Westhill facility up to snuff! There are always windows to clean, carpets to vacuum, grass to cut or sidewalks to clear.
