And what exactly is systemic racism?

Over the last month we have heard many share their stories of experiencing racism.  In addition to Richie Hall, other CFL coaches and players are sharing their personal stories.

Kahari Jones, former Roughrider coach and now head coach of the Montreal Alouettes, shared how he has experienced racism in Canada and the impact that it has had on him.  Kahari asks that society listen.
