We look forward to worshipping with you!
Safety Procedures and Protocols
The safety of our congregation, volunteers and staff have been and continue to be our top priority. For those reasons, and in compliance of “Saskatchewan Places of Worship Guidelines”, we are implementing the following procedures and protocols.
Provincial Regulations limit us to a a maximum of 70 people in the sanctuary at this time.
All in person attendees must pre-register in advance. You will receive confirmation email showing your registration. This system in place to ensure that we are able to accommodate everyone while following provincial guidelines. Registration will be open Mondays through Thursdays.
Your arrival time is important! Please arrive well in advance of the service, (30-45 minutes). We are aiming to have everyone seated 15 minutes prior to the service start time.
Parking and Entrances
Parking will only be available in the north and west parking lots at this time. The designated entry and exit points for In-Person Services will be the main entrance on the north side of the building and the Fellowship Hall (south-west) entrance. The Early Childhood/Happy Hearts (north-west) entrance will be closed.
Please observe physical distancing at all times while in the building. All attendees are required to wear a mask while in the building. You are encouraged to bring your own masks, however if you forget, we will have a limited number available at the door.
As you enter the building, we will have hand sanitizing stations set up that we ask you to use before proceeding. You can also use them as you exit the building.
Upon entry into the Foyer you will need to check in and confirm your registration. An usher will show you to your assigned seat.
When you are seated in the sanctuary you may remove your mask. Please remain in your assigned seat for the duration of the service. Masks will be required during congregational singing.
We regret that we will not be providing children’s ministries at this time. Children will have to remain with their parents in the Sanctuary. Colouring sheets and books will be provided for parents that need them (in the service). We will re-evaluate after the Thanksgiving weekend to see what is permitted then. We will also continue to provide complete online children’s services through the generosity of Life.Church.
Worship Guides will be placed at your assigned seat. For additional details we invite you to download Westhill Weekly or scan the QR codes at the entrances.
Offering plates will not be passed during the service. Please continue to use on-line giving methods. We will have a drop off box in the Foyer or office for manual giving.
At the end of the service, please remain in your seats. Our ushers will guide your exit from the sanctuary. Please observe social distancing as you leave.
Coffee and Water
Coffee and water will not be available at this time. You are welcome to bring your own water bottles and coffee (with lids please).
Please make use of washroom facilities prior to your arrival at Westhill. If you need to use the washrooms, please observe the restriction of 1 person/family at a time and follow posted instructions.
